Storey Hall
Storey Hall at RMIT University, Melbourne

The entirety of the conference’s program will be held within Storey Hall, which is part of the City campus of RMIT University. Built by the Hibernian Australasian Catholic Benefit Society as a meeting hall in 1887, the building was an important symbol of social and political protest. Storey Hall has today found new life as a major architectural site in the city, and as a significant contributor to the arts and exhibiting calendar. Storey Hall is also home to RMIT Gallery, a vibrant art space presenting free exhibits on architecture, fine art, design, craft, fashion, new media and technology. Storey Hall is located in the city centre, and is just 1km from Melbourne University, a five-minute tram ride away.
